Restaurant Eve offers a sophisticated bar, and two distinct dining experiences, "The Chef's Tasting Room" and "The Bistro".
The 34-seat Chef’s Tasting Room is Chef Armstrong's culinary showcase. Here, Armstrong features a five, seven, and nine-course prix-fixe tasting menu, priced at $110, $125, and $150 respectively. The courses are headed: Creation (palate teasers), Ocean (seafood), Earth & Sky (meats and game), Age (cheese) and Eden (desserts). The Tasting Room menu changes daily as there are many farmers markets in the area. Keeping true to the SEASON, if it be summer, highlights include Heirloom Tomato Tart with Garden Basil grown from the restaurant's own organic garden and Butter Poached Maine Lobster with Eastern Shore Corn. Keeping true to the MISSION, the menu features delectable sustainable meat entrées such as The Hogs Head “Banger” and Polyface Farm 100% Pasture Fed Beef Ribeye.
The upscale Bistro and the Lounge are less formal than the Tasting Room. Appetizers include Olive Oil Poached Tuna with Meyer Lemon and Parsley Salad and Maryland Crab cakes with Baby Greens and Remoulade. Entrees range from the hearty Pan Roasted Veal Sweetbreads with Fried Oysters and Country Ham to the Roasted Halibut with Summer Corn Succotash. Entrees are priced between $26-$38.
Desserts include the Gianduja French Toast, Apple Donuts and the ‘Birthday Cake… Just Because,’ a miniature, two layer, traditional birthday cake, with pink butter cream frosting.

While our bistro menu does not reflect vegetarian / vegan options, we happily accommodate and serve vegetarians / vegans regularly. All one needs to do is let us know ahead of time.
If you are a Vegetarian:
We recommend the Chef's Tasting Room as there are five selections under each menu heading. There is always one, composed vegetarian option under each heading that are also very popular to non-vegetarians.
In the Bistro-We will create a special dish for you that reflects what is available and in season.
When you call to make the reservation. (It's best to do so late morning.) Please make sure you inform the reservationist
of your request. She will then make the appropriate guest notes under your reservation.
If you are a VEGAN:
One day prior to your reservation, please call or email-Brande@restauranteve.com to confirm your reservation
in regards to the Vegan menu arrangement.- Then, leave the rest to us!
In the future, when you dine with us, be sure to instruct the host to look up your name in our system
as all the information regarding your dietary needs will be logged.
